In 1990, Wu-Tung Cheng co-founded CheckLogic Systems, which was acquired by Mentor in December of 1993. Since then, Cheng has held various titles within Mentor including test technologist, chief scientist and test research director.”
Prior to CheckLogic, Cheng was with AT&T Bell Labs, developing GENTEST.
A native of Taiwan, Cheng earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois after receiving both a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
