Avery Design Systems, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Chilai Huang to develop and market functional verification software. Avery is headquartered in Andover, Ma. Avery also operates an R&D center in Taipei, Taiwan that it established in 1999.
Avery focuses on functional verification solutions including verification IP solutions to ensure comprehensive SoC and core-level verification and automatic formal apps targeting better functional coverage closure including X-Verification and Automatic Property Synthesis.
