This acquisition evolved out of a partnership announced in 1992 to leverage Mentor Graphics’ EDA expertise with CheckLogic Systems’ to develop full- and partial-scan, boundary scan, and built-in self-test (BIST) ATPG software development for ASIC, IC and MCM design.
