Harm Arts was a founder and Chief Scientist of Oasys, which was acquired by Mentor in 2013.
Prior to founding Oasys he was an architect at Cadence Design Systems where he was the main technical lead for the BuildGates and PKS products. Before that he was an early employee Ambit Design Systems which he joined after being a research assistant at Eindhoven University.
Arts holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
