June 2011: Acquired Cryptography Research, Inc., a maker of semiconductor security solutions including differential power analysis (DPA) countermeasures, for $342.5 million comprised of $167.5 million in cash, approximately 6.4 million shares, and $50 million payable to CRI employees.
