French company Soitec manufactures silicon-on-insulator substrates for use in the making of integrated circuits. The company’s products include DIGITAL-SOI (FD-SOI), RF-SOI (RFeSI-SOI), Power-SOI, Photonics-SOI and Imager-SOI.
