Brewer Science develops materials and processes for semiconductor, including anti-reflective coatings to control light during photolithography, materials for packaging chips, protective coating, bonding/debonding materials for fan-out wafer-level packaging, and carbon-based sensors. Brewer Science also makes printed temperature sensors and other flexible hybrid electronics.
