Victor Cai is director of product marketing at Rambus. He is the former chairman of the JC40.5 Logic Validation and Verification TG at JEDEC and has held a variety of positions at Inphi. Cai holds an MS degree in Engineering from the University of Southern California, an MBA in operations and project management from UCLA, and a BS in engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
