William Chen

William Chen is deputy director of flash product at Winbond. Chen holds two Master degrees in Engineering and System Science from National Tsing Hua University and Institute of Management of Technology from National Chiao Tung University. In 2013, he joined Winbond and sequentially served as Technology Manager, Senior Technology Manager and Manager, and was responsible for new product planning and promotion. Prior to joining Winbond, he served as RD Manager in BenQ, and served as Marketing and FAE Manager in Eon Silicon Solution Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in memory related field.
