Phil Burr is a director for business transformation in Arm’s automotive and IoT group, responsible for developing commercial programs to make it easy to access Arm technology. He is responsible for Arm Flexible Access – a way to experiment, design and manufacture with a broad selection of Arm technologies with only a small upfront cost. His experience, spanning more than 20 years, covers product strategy, product marketing, business development and product management, mainly in IP licensing businesses. Burr holds an MEng and a BEng degree in electronics, communications and computer system engineering from the University of Bradford, UK.
