The Innovus+ platform incorporates Innovus synthesis and Innovus implementation capabilities, all integrated into one unified environment for outstanding ease of use and power, performance, and area (PPA) results.
Innovus+ Synthesis can be used standalone to generate physically aware netlists ready for handoff to other design teams, such as ASIC partners, or the implementation flow can continue seamlessly to Innovus Implementation without the need to change tools.
For existing Innovus Implementation users, adding RTL synthesis to the flow is extremely simple. Just add a few commands to existing Innovus scripts. During RTL synthesis, all the Innovus library data, constraint files, reports, and graphical user interface (GUI) can be used. For example, an initial floorplan and power grid can be quickly created during synthesis using the powerful Innovus floorplanning technology and GUI.
